Electronic Signature Software for Teams

Send a PDF to everyone who signs, in the right order, with reminders and a sealed final copy.

Signing order and reminders

See where every envelope stands

Each envelope has a timeline. You can see who has it right now, who opened it and ignored it, and who already signed. Nobody needs to ask in the team chat.

Why teams switch

Get every signature without chasing anyone

Most teams don't lose deals because of the contract. They lose days waiting for the third person to sign it. This is electronic signature software built around that problem.

Send in order and stop chasing

Set who signs first, second and last. The next person gets the email only when the one before them is done, and reminders go out every few days until the envelope is complete or it expires. You stop writing "just checking in" emails.

  • Sequential, parallel or mixed groups
  • Reminders every N days, with a maximum count
  • CC people who need the final copy, not a task

Know who signed and when

Every view, code check, signature and decline is written to an event log with a UTC timestamp, IP address and browser. When the last person signs, that log is attached to the PDF as an audit certificate, and the file is sealed. If a dispute comes up a year later, you have evidence, not a vague memory.

  • SHA-256 hash of the document before and after
  • Hash chained events, so gaps are detectable
  • Anyone can check a file on the verify page

One flat price for the whole team

Plans are priced per company, with seats included. Starter covers 3 people, Plus covers 10, Pro covers 25. Adding the new office manager doesn't add a line to your invoice, and bulk send and webhooks start on the middle plan instead of the most expensive one.

  • Envelope allowance stated per month, per plan
  • Yearly billing saves 50 percent
  • Signers never pay and never need an account

Fields and templates

Place the fields once, reuse them forever

Upload the PDF you already use. Drop in signature, initials, date, name, email, company, text, checkbox and dropdown fields, and assign each one to a role.

Audit certificate

What the audit certificate actually proves

An audit trail is only useful if a judge, an auditor or the other side's lawyer can read it. So it's a plain page at the end of the PDF, not a log hidden in a dashboard.

You might be thinking

"A flat plan must hide a catch somewhere."

The limit is the monthly envelope allowance, and it is printed on every plan. There are no per user fees and no paid add on for the audit certificate.

"Will a signature from a smaller vendor hold up?"

Validity comes from intent, consent and evidence under ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS. Every completed file carries its own certificate and seal, readable without us.

"Switching means rebuilding all our templates."

You upload the same PDFs and place the fields once per document. After that each one is a template with roles, and old signed files stay valid where they are.

Legal validity

Valid under ESIGN, UETA and eIDAS, and clear about the limits

An electronic signature is legally binding for most business documents in the United States and the European Union. Here is the short version, without the footnotes hidden.

United States, federal

ESIGN Act

A signature or contract cannot be denied legal effect only because it is electronic. Applies to most business and consumer transactions across state lines.

United States, state law

UETA

The state level counterpart, adopted by 49 states. New York has its own equivalent law. Same idea, an electronic record satisfies a writing requirement.

European Union

eIDAS

Defines three levels, simple, advanced and qualified. Every signature made here is a simple electronic signature, which is admissible as evidence in court.

Use cases

Every team gets its own signing order, on the same plan

HR, sales, operations and property teams send different paperwork, but the steps are the same. Pick the scenario closest to yours.

Operations

Client contracts

A services agreement goes to the client first. Your director countersigns only after that, and finance gets the sealed copy without lifting a finger.

Something else? Write to [email protected]

Yes, for most business documents. In the United States the ESIGN Act and UETA give an electronic signature the same legal effect as a handwritten one when the signer intends to sign, consents to do business electronically, the signature can be attributed to them and the record is kept. Each envelope captures all four. A few document types are excluded by law, such as wills, certain family law papers, court orders and eviction or utility cutoff notices. Read the full answer
